An exciting but comfortable and relaxed experience!

When you come in to New York Bride you will be greeted by me (Stella), and I will talk you through what I do, and how and where to look for gowns to try on.

You will be shown the location of gowns in your size, and it is up to you to choose styles that you like the look of. Your helpers can have a seat on my comfortable sofas, and enjoy a drink and a biscuit if they would like one!

Where we go from there is up to you… you won’t like them all, indeed, you may not like any of the ones that you initially chose, but you can just go back to the rails and look for more. Having an open mind is helpful as all of the ideas that you initially had might not be what you like when you try them on.

If you don’t find what you are looking for you can come back whenever you want, as many times as you would like to, as my stock changes all the time. If you find your perfect gown then you can pay a non-refundable deposit of £75 to secure that gown, and hold it in your name for a period of one month. If you would like to make payment arrangements then just speak to me for all options (eg payments over 3 months is often preferred option) I will happily store your gown at no cost to you for a period of 6 months from the initial purchase date. Within that time should you wish to try your wedding gown on then you can make an appointment with me to do so.

I aim to make your time in my shop relaxed, comfortable and fun, it is a serious job buying your most precious dress ever, but hopefully you will leave with the biggest smile having made the most precious memories for the start of your wedding experience and with the dress of your dreams!
